Dr. Rovell has over 30 years experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industries in the fields of product development, business development, and portfolio analysis. His background includes ten years with Pfizer in various roles, including VP of Licensing and Development. As President and COO of Lasers for Medicine, he led one of the first companies to develop YAG lasers for the treatment of cataracts. For the past 16 years, Dr. Rovell has been an independent consultant whose partial list of clients includes Johnson & Johnson, C.R. Bard, Baxter Healthcare, Becton Dickinson, Boston Scientific, and Howmedica/Stryker.
